I work with older adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and ADD and I have experience assisting with managing life transitions, adult men around relationship issues and specific men's issues , and with most addictions. My goal will to be help you become unstuck from the patterns and behaviors that are creating difficulty.
As a therapist and partner in this time of growth, its important to me that I am available to you out of the sessions in addition to our treatment appointment.
