The style of approach I utilize has traditionally been highly successful and useful for young adult/adult males and those who interact with them (Families, couples, and parent/child relations). Utilizing a mixed-focus between the ongoing events in a person’s life and supplying structured frameworks for processing information, many young men, sons and fathers, and adults trying to better understand how they want to show up in the world have found the strength to challenge their conditioning. I offer traditional in-office therapy, virtual, and/or experiential options to suit your needs and support you in the way that feels right.
Nature and dog time are very healing!
I utilize an existential approach structure in-the-moment feelings processing so that we can “respond” instead of “react” to the world around us. I find that these tools work well with people who have come to the conclusion that "gritting your teeth and sweeping it under the rug”, or bottling it up, no longer works for you.
My clear explanations, structure, and simplified approach works best with adult males looking to release stress, tension in relationships, and connect with who they want to be and how they want to present themselves in the world.
