Starting therapy feels daunting, but it doesn’t stay that way. Real healing happens between people. The therapeutic relationship should be one where you feel safe enough to explore your pain. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, I offer a steadfast presence and a collaborative approach. You are the expert on your story, and my role is to walk with you as we make sense of your experiences together. I hope to give you more than a toolbox, but a relationship where you can process in a new way with someone who understands differently than others have.

In session, I work from a relational foundation rooted in the Interpersonal Process model and IFS. That means we’ll focus on what’s happening between us because change often begins when we’re able to show up in honesty. I aim to be compassionate, helping you uncover rigid patterns and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been forgotten.

My clinical experience includes supporting children, teens, and families facing an array of concerns such as PTSD, grief, sexual abuse, and more.
