Teenager trouble? If you're having trouble with your teen or pre-teen, I have over a thousand hours of experience working with teenagers. Through therapy groups and individual sessions I understand how to talk to teens in a way that often has them actually listening! I've worked at five adolescent treatment centers, mostly focusing on teens who are struggling with substance abuse, or self-harming behaviors. If you have an at-risk teen, I want to help. I also work with families, individuals and couples and my goals are to help the family unit create stronger relationships and better connections to help them lead happier lives.
My goal in any therapeutic relationship is to help you make the best choices for yourself. I'm not here to judge. I'm here to help you see things more clearly and gain the perspective you need to make your best choices. My goal is to help you figure out what works best for your life so you can live the happier, more successful life you want to have.
I have seen many people who appear happy and successful who were not very satisfied with their lives. I believe it's important to live the most fulfilling lives we can. I want to help. I work with couples, individuals, teens and families and want to help you discover what's in your way so you can clear a pathway toward a happier and more fulfilling life.
