I am an experienced therapist who has the natural ability to make almost anybody feel comfortable. I have a compassionate and relaxed personal style, which can be good potential fit for therapeutic work with people of many ages and backgrounds. Along with working with individuals, I enjoy working with the interpersonal where there is often powerful opportunities for change. I work well with couples, because I am able to see multiple points of view and I have a disarming presence, which makes me easily approachable.
I view myself as an experienced guide, walking in my client's world to understand and support you to move in the directions you want to go. We will work together to discover insights, often by shining a light on solutions you may already have.
I also offer walking therapy for people who want to walk in nature and physically move somewhere while while psychologically moving somewhere.
