I began my graduate studies at Columbia University's Spirituality Mind Body Institute before completing a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University. My approach often integrates mindfulness and compassion, helping clients cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and a greater sense of well-being.
