I grew up in a home where my father was a famous psychotherapist and ways of helping people was a conversation at dinner. I have hosted an NPR call-in radio show, been the psychologist for an NFL team and presented workshops across the United States. My varied experiences, sense of humor and ability to connect and empathize with diverse people are brought to my work. I work with men, couples, teens, women and families.
I see my clients as co-creators and partners in the work; rather than patients I must "fix". I use a variety of methods including here and now, exploration of causes, relationship exploration and depth orientation.
