We believe that psychotherapy should be centered on YOU - values, beliefs, relationships, worldview. This is refreshing in our times, where therapy often seems centered on particular cultural views instead.
With over fifteen years of experience in private practice, program management, and supervision with metro area agencies, as well as rural county programs, I lead our small group practice. My passion for supporting growth and transformation centers on my clients as well as staff in our practice.
Depression, Anxiety, Trauma - We use EMDR, ACT, Integral Theory and Contemplative Psychotherapies. We also bring a specialization in working with men that are disconnected, frustrated, and dealing with anger. Addictions - We are well versed on the impacts of addictions (Alcohol, Drugs, Gambling, Shopping, Pornography) on individuals, couples and families.
Couples - Gottman Method trained therapists with additional specialization in addictions, trauma and infidelity in couple relationships. We also use Conscious approaches to address rebuilding relationships or working towards growth oriented separation. Consultation - stress, relationship strain, and mindful leadership.
