About
If you're searching for a therapist who just sits, nods his head, and asks: "how do you feel about that?" then we would not be a good match. While that question is important, I focus more on listening closely to your stories, engaging in active dialogue with you. Together we form a common relationship to face and overcome your fears and anxieties. I am firmly committed to a collaborative, participatory, and holistic patient/therapist relationship. As partners, we form a trusting bond to explore the problems that interfere with your ability to live a happy and healthy life.
We create strategies to achieve greater self-awareness, understand and manage negative emotions and behaviors, and help you to deal with life's problems. If you have issues related to depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, anger, relationships, separation or loneliness, we will forge a road for healing and happiness.
I am passionate about my work. It is a privilege to be welcomed into my clients' lives in order to help them identify and remove roadblocks to healthier and happier living. Taking the first step towards change is a courageous one and you are to be commended for taking it.
