I work with the BIPOC community navigating issues such as racial identity development, life transitions, and mental health challenges. Drawing from my background and lived experiences, I help clients explore racial identity, manage stress, and address anxiety and depression in a way that honors their cultural context. Together, we build resilience, foster self-acceptance, and create strategies for balancing professional and personal well-being.
