About
Hello, my name is David Robb. I am a counselor for New Beginnings Counseling Services in the Lake of the Ozarks area and online. I have always been in the helping profession. Prior to my career as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I provided services as an EMT for a local ambulance service for 18 years. I can also say I have had the privilege to serve in the U.S. Army and a Veteran of the Iraq campaign. I believe my various experiences add to my relationships with my clients and my counseling approach. I enjoy helping others manage their concerns and personal growth.
I specialize in working with my clients to develop a relationship focused on the client’s needs and desired goals. I may use treatment approaches such as person centered, CBT, behavioral, solution focused, and positive psychology to name a few.
Allow me to help by us developing an understandIng of who you are, your choices, and the direction you want to go. Identity, confidence, independence, and goals are words I think of when working with you. Helping you find or furthering your personal growth is my ultimate goal.
