With a background in treating individuals and couples struggling with sex/porn addiction, and/or trauma and dissociation, I bring a wealth of training and experience to helping heal your coupleship. Drawing from Attachment and Trauma informed therapy models (DBT, EFT, EMDR, ERCEM, PIT) it is my mission to help couples create a new healthy coupleship.

Men's phase-oriented DBT Skills-based training group designed to help group members replace ineffective and problematic coping behaviors with adaptive and effective skills to address problem behaviors and relational conflicts that result from them. Focus on education about, and practice of, skills for addressing issues related to relapse prevention, mindfulness, cognitive awareness, emotional regulation, relationships, effective communication, visioning, goal setting, and spirituality. Uses DBT Skills manual and other materials as necessary. Phase-oriented group. Men begin in phase 1 and work to phase 3 as they progress in recovery and awareness.
