Are you struggling with persistent feelings of self-criticalness? Do you find yourself frustrated with the quality of your relationships? In my practice, my clients seek support in processing trauma related to bullying, sexual abuse, intimate partner violence, intergenerational woundings that can affect ways we navigate the world. Through integration of these experiences, my clients report self-compassion, embodied empowerment, and safety in navigating their relationships and their life. In time, my intention is to support you in rediscovering the power that already exists in you to not be defined, but informed, by these experiences
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief/loss, abuse, trauma, self-esteem, queer/trans LGBT+, and BIPOC related experiences. I integrate a psychodynamic, somatic, and internal family systems informed approach to support clients foster compassion for themselves and for people they are in relationship with. I integrate a social justice lens.
Providing a safe, affirming, and nonjudgemental therapeutic environment where my clients can be authentically themselves is fundamental in my approach in therapy.
