Hello, I am a Licensed Psychologist who excels at providing therapy, coaching, and consultation services to children, adolescents, and adults. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, behavior modification, and other evidence-based treatments to address a variety of mental health issues that include anxiety, motivational, depression, ADHD, anger, self-esteem, educational, and occupational/career concerns.
I specialize in treating a variety of anxiety issues: generalized anxiety, work-related stress, social anxiety, performance anxiety, and self-harm/cutting. My experiences include working with C-suite executives and other business leaders on workplace issues and coaching young adults in their motivational struggles and transitions to adulthood.
Therapy should not be a mysterious or misleading process, and I strive to ensure that each client is an active and valued participant throughout the process. There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to mental health, however; I develop treatment plans that are tailored to the needs of each individual and consistently produce tangible, fulfilling results.
