Hello, I am a Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Specialist in School Psychology who provides psychotherapy, consultation, and assessment services to children, adolescents, and adults. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, behavior modification, and other evidence-based treatments, I work with a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, self-esteem, school, and relational concerns.
I specialize in treating a variety of anxiety issues, such as generalized anxiety, work-related stress, social anxiety, selective mutism, panic disorder, and self-harm/cutting. I also have experience working with C-suite executives and other business leaders on work-life balance and early adults on transitioning to adulthood
Therapy should not be a mysterious or misleading process, and I strive to ensure that each client is an active and valued participant throughout the process. There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to mental health, however; I develop treatment plans that are tailored to the needs of each individual and consistently produce tangible, fulfilling results.
