Hello, If you are looking for in-person (video sessions available) sessions and would like to talk to someone today, please call or send me an email. Typically, I am able to return your call or email within a day. I hear from patients all the time, that the hardest part to finding and connecting with a clinician is getting someone to take your call or call you back. I try to make connecting one of easier parts of therapy. I provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, and adopt an approach that is engaged and collaborative. I look forward to hearing from you.
I specialize in treating PTSD using EMDR (please Google EMDR if unfamiliar). Most people need anywhere from 10 - 15 sessions to address their primary traumas. Typically we will meet every other week, and then adjust as needed to progress. We will discuss your needs at our first session.
I often find that therapy is effective in helping individuals and couples navigate past and current challenges. This may show up as addiction, relationship struggles, depression, etc. I am available on evenings and weekends, and am also available to conduct sessions by phone or video during the week.
