Since you have come to this place I will assume that you are struggling with something very difficult for you and that you are searching for effective ways to ease or finally end the pain. Sometimes your suffering can be traced to emotional, physical or spiritual injury, trauma or loss that you experienced many years ago, or it may have been very recent. At this moment only you know how you are suffering, what it is doing to you and your loved ones and the price that you are paying. Dealing with it alone can be very challenging, frustrating and frightening. This does not have to continue. Support is available.
The heart and soul of my work is the transformation or ending of ways of thinking, behaving, relating and being that interfere with optimal functioning and happiness. An integrative approach incorporating different ways of understanding, healing and growth from well established and mutually supportive methods is utilized.
My experience has shown me that through the very private sanctuary of the therapeutic relationship a happier, healthier and more meaningful life can be realized. Drawing primarily from the cognitive-behavioral, psycho-dynamic, and mindfulness based schools of therapy, care is focused on the specific needs of the people I see.
