The clients I work best with are often in a process of reevaluating their lives—whether they’re in recovery and ready to take a deeper look at what’s driving their patterns, feeling stuck in old patterns, or trying to make sense of past experiences. They might be struggling with imposter feelings, navigating transitions, or trying to reconnect with a sense of purpose. Many come to therapy wanting to better understand themselves and live in a way that feels more aligned with who they truly are. I work well with people who are open to reflection and ready to explore what matters most in a grounded, collaborative space.
I specialize in addiction treatment and therapeutic assessment, using contextualized therapies to help clients make lasting, values-driven changes. I help clients understand what’s driving their behavior, clarify their goals, and build more intentional patterns in their lives. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based care.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been managing things on your own for a while. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. If you’re feeling stuck or ready for change, I’d be honored to work with you. Together, we can clarify what matters most and build a path forward that feels more aligned and sustainable.
