I have exceptional success with children, teens, and young adults. I work with stress, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD and learning disabilities, eating disorders, trauma and PTSD, addiction recovery, and autism. I listen carefully, have an active and direct style, and believe that everyone needs compassionate understanding and specific answers to meet their needs and move on.
I use both talk therapy and neurofeedback training. The combination of these two interventions brings about more rapid and long-lasting results for problems that may have persisted for years and have not yielded to other approaches. You can find out more on my Facebook page: Litchfield Neurofeedback and at my website: litchfieldneurofeedback.com
As a practitioner in Litchfield County for over twenty-five years, I have been one of the first to use the advanced scientific application of neurofeedback to help individuals and families to resolve their problems and improve their lives. You can read the testimonials at my website: litchfieldneurofeedback.com
