I help clients develop "mindfulness" to gain easy access to a self that is integrated and connected with others. I focus not on what is wrong but on what would help restore a sense of sanity and mental health to the expanding experience of life
I work with people who experience depression, anxiety and mood disorder who are facing challenges due to addiction and recovery, couple and relationship development and changes due to sexual orientation, aging and development, illness and economic insecurity.
I offer a safe and confidential space to explore and investigate these challenges in a private office in my home overlooking Lake Shore Drive in Chicago.
