Children and teens often show us they’re struggling long before they’re able to fully explain it in words. Maybe your child is feeling anxious, overwhelmed, shut down, or having a hard time at school or at home. As a parent, it can be painful and confusing to watch your child struggle while feeling unsure how to help. I create a space where children can express themselves in ways that feel natural while partnering with parents to better understand their child's needs and build stronger connections at home.

I work with children, teens, and families using a trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming approach. Through play therapy, parent-child therapy, and emotionally-focused family therapy, I help kids and teens navigate anxiety, trauma, and emotional overwhelm while building regulation, confidence, and stronger family connection.
