I enjoy assisting individuals, couples and families with their decision to engage life and love, more effectively. My goal is to provide therapy in a positive, non-judgmental, yet effective way. When people feel stuck or no viable options to change their lives, I assist them by using a consultative approach.
People often experience traumas without trained, professional support. Whether in youth or as an adult, traumas can accumulate, impacting your view of self and hindering relationships. I assist clients with pain caused by their own choices and just as often from the pain inflicted by others. Many clients report feeling clearly understood and empowered.
