About
***Now accepting new clients*** I take a client-centered approach to therapy. It’s not about making a diagnosis, but rather creating a therapeutic alliance, discovering what you want to work on, and how you want to get there. I’ll walk alongside you, toolbox in hand, ready to assist - helping you clear any obstacles on your path to experiencing life to its fullest. I provide therapy for individuals age 18 and older with issues related to: depression, anxiety, PTSD, veterans & families, adult survivors of abuse and neglect, addiction/substance use, codependence, life transitions, aging, and sleep disorders.
I have more than a decade of counseling experience and use a variety of treatment approaches, based on your individual needs, including: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Mindfulness Meditation, and Motivational Interviewing.
I look forward to working with you! Contact me today to set-up an appointment. In-person and telehealth sessions now available!
