Life can be many things and most descriptors would be inappropriate to type out here, but above all it can be really damn hard. Some of us have gone through experiences that we didn't ask for, but some how we've managed this far. If this is you and you're considering it's time to seek some help in this struggle we all call life, you're not alone. You're not weak. Starting this journey of therapy isn't an easy thing to do, and I think that makes you brave. Wanting to step into a better life for yourself takes courage. It's my honor and greatest privilege to assist in this walk back to a life worth living. Let's take that step!
Many times we can find ourselves existing incongruently with our values, which often times brings distress and dysregulation. My approach is to assist you in exploring and expanding on those values. With one step at a time, eventually, having you walking in line with them.
Sometimes we just need someone to hear us. To truly listen and meet us where we're at. I'm here to create a space for you to do just that, to be heard.
