Is your child’s potential being limited by school avoidance, anxiety or life stress? I provide therapeutic services for children, teens & adults, helping families navigate IEPs, school-related trauma, grief, academic stress, bullying & challenges arising from ADHD & Autism Spectrum Disorder. I work collaboratively with clients & families to identify root causes, build practical coping skills, and foster lasting resilience. Seeking support is a courageous step—together we’ll create a compassionate, individualized plan to restore confidence and promote well-being at home, school, and beyond.
I have worked with victims of rape, sexual assault & domestic violence from children as young as five to adults. I have worked as a mental health therapist at schools for students with emotional disturbance, grief issues & trauma from kindergarten-12th grade. My therapeutic orientation includes Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused & Trauma-Focused CBT.
I take a respectful, sensitive approach to therapy & acknowledge the client and their circumstances as unique and firstly assist the client in the development of coping skills. As therapy progresses more of the client's past will be explored to help the client work through previously unprocessed issues. I look forward to our working together.
