Life includes both meaningful connection and significant challenge. Many people seek therapy during periods of transition, loss or when long-standing patterns begin to feel limiting. I work with adults who want a thoughtful, structured space to reflect, grow and move forward with greater clarity and self-understanding.
My clinical experience includes supporting clients through divorce and relationship transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma recovery and life adjustment issues. I also work with individuals who want to improve communication, strengthen emotional awareness and develop healthier ways of relating.
My approach is collaborative, grounded and goal-oriented. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, with an emphasis on reflection, accountability and practical application. I value clear boundaries, thoughtful pacing and a therapeutic relationship built on trust and mutual respect.
I believe therapy is most effective when it builds on a person’s existing strengths while also gently challenging patterns that no longer serve them. I aim to provide a supportive yet focused environment that encourages insight, responsibility and meaningful change.
