I treat individuals with symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship problems, grief and loss, and sexual addiction. I consider all of the individual, one's beliefs, thoughts, feelings, behaviors, past, present and future experiences. I use a combinations of therapies such as, Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic, and Emotion-Focused with couples.
Living with depression can leave your world grey and without joy. I look at all possible causes of one's depression and implement the most beneficial forms of therapy. You will feel safe and cared for while discovering new living skills that are uniquely yours.
