I have been doing counseling professionally for over 20 years and have seen my clients make significant, consistent progress overcoming whatever challenges they face. Having support from an experienced, effective therapist can be extremely valuable. I offer support, compassion, valuable experience and a healthy relationship where a person can heal and grow.

I draw strongly from decades of my own personal growth work. Psychology is not a theory for me. It is a daily practice, a way of life. I help people focus on what they can control, what is most important currently and ways to work through whatever they are facing. I help people get back a sense of control in their life no matter what the circumstances are .
