Stress, hypervigilance, shame, anxiety, depression and mental confusion are very common in our community. But you have an amazing ability to heal, grow, and thrive if given the right support.

My own path through these intersections has been long and difficult so I operate from both an expansive clinical and a personal knowledge base. I bring with me the kind of empathy that comes from lived experience. I've been in clinical practice since 1996. My intention always is to champion the discovery and growth of your authentic self.
