Life can be challenging....these are unsettling times. It is difficult, to say the least, to manage family stress and connection. My approach is systemic and trauma-informed, looking at the entire family and working with all participants. I offer individual, couples, family therapy, and EMDR. By addressing the family system in therapy, the entire family benefits, resulting in a happier family. Other areas I can help is... behavioral issues with children, special needs and trauma,
I have extensive experience and understanding in these areas, having worked with individuals and families in some capacity, at home, school, community and my practice for over 30 years. I am available, in-person to discuss your individual needs and offer a free 15 minute consult, prior to scheduling. I offer flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
