I am an LICSW with over 30 years of experience in working with people of diverse backgrounds who have shared and taught me much about the complexity of healing and the courage to make change. I specialize in working with young and older adults with issues of trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, and life satisfaction.

I will work with you to access your innate strengths, reveal coping styles, and ultimately deepen your understanding of the behavior patterns that keep you stuck.

I will guide you, but you will drive; this may mean using short term focused strategies or longer engagement in emotionally focused interventions.
