In facing the challenges of today's world, people often find themselves having to deal with a number of fears, insecurities and anxieties in life. When individuals can change those conditions that have contributed to their distress, conflicts manifesting themselves through all kinds of assorted physical, emotional and spiritual ailments, they oftentimes will. But many times, they simply do not. Why keep repeating the same harmful patterns of living rather than altering the way one habitually experiences and deals with such problems? Why stay stuck? Maybe it is time for a personal transformation that can take place through the process of psychotherapy.

Ultimately, it is my belief that problems in living arise from the human dilemma of how to exist meaningfully in such an uncertain world. Through the process of psychotherapy, individuals can begin to feel better about their lives, while also striving to fulfill the core aims of personal existence: freedom, creativity, love, work and play.

Because of this therapeutic orientation, I am committed to helping clients work through difficulties so that that they can begin to open themselves up to what life truly has to offer, eventually achieving a greater understanding of themselves, others and the world around them.
