About
As a core part of the therapy, I share/teach healing at-home strategies including EMDR for your ongoing individual and relationship healing. We all want to be happy, feel fulfilled, be at peace and enjoy our days free from chronic worry, painful memories, behaviors and relationships that interfere with peace in the present moment and beyond. Yet experience tells us that suffering is inevitable-it is a part of life. Healing is moving through and beyond suffering and limitation, transforming suffering into freedom and personal power. My practice focus is on strategies and practices to heal, transform and find meaning and purpose.
My specialties: 1 Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a core component of my practice. This treatment modality has served to help heal and change lives of the individuals I work with. What was once considered ‘too good to be true’ is now a proven treatment. 2 Positive Psychology is a shift from problem focus to well-being practices.
Navigating the list of potential therapists can feel overwhelming and none of us want to feel pressured or obligated. Choosing the right person to work with takes time and patience and is very personal to our unique needs and interests. If you are committed to healing and moving forward creating the life you want, I would like to talk with you.
