Why are you seeking a therapist? Gaining an understanding of your needs is the first step we take together to develop your personal therapy. Yes, you read that right. I encourage my clients to be active participants in the development of their therapy. What is effective for one person is not necessarily effective for another. The strength of my therapeutic approach is in its transparency and my focus on guiding and empowering you, the client, in becoming an agent of change in your own life.
What kind of therapist do you want? An important question. I bring a diverse vision of interpersonal communication and cognitive/emotional centered problem solving to our therapy. From a foundation of empathy and compassion, I enable a safe, honest and direct experience with an emphasis on empowerment, clarity, and intentionality.
I treat couples and individuals ages 15 years and older and only persons residing in California. Online therapy is offered only to persons living outside of Santa Cruz County. For all others, therapy is in person at my office. If you are intending to use insurance to cover the cost of services, please include this information when you contact me.
