My therapeutic style draws primarily from Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing and EMDR, three empirically supported treatment approaches. These therapy approaches create a comfortable frameworks for helping clients to move through the feelings connected with past traumas, grief and hurts in order to have new corrective, healing experiences that will lead to long lasting freedom, happiness and ease.
I specialize in working with Trauma, Grief, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Climate fears, ADHD, Couples, Career struggles, and issues with Self-esteem and Identity. I enjoy working with couples, adults of all ages and teens. I have specialized training in empirically supported treatment including IFS, EMDR and Somatic Experiencing.
