I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering brief and extended therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups. My mission as a therapist is to promote healing, positive ways of balancing, and joy in daily living. I cherish the opportunity to learn, teach, support, and challenge through my client's greatest hardships and most brilliant moments. My style is interactive and supportive, yet challenging. Many athletes struggle to overcome mental limitations, more than physical limitations. Others may be trying to work back from injuries with little confidence. I specialize in therapeutic methods to enhance thoughts and beliefs that positively affect performance. I will help you unleash your full potential by "coaching up your mental resilience and agility".
I also speak for various organizations on a variety of subjects from clinical topics, relationships, educational equity, sports coaching techniques, and mental training.
