I began my professional training in 2005 with a focus to provide quality and skilled services that will assist clients in achieving their goals and ambitions in a way that is welcoming and meaningful. I specialize in the assessment and treatment of various common conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger, and impulse control problems. I also work with general issues including relationship and familial problems, grief and loss, parenting and behavioral concerns, assertiveness and self-esteem, and phase of life transitions.
My training and research has placed a significant emphasis on the application of psychotherapy to a variety of populations. Services are offered fluently in both English and Spanish.
