I’ve been working with couples since 2018 on various relationship issues related to trust building and attachment bonding, including emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical intimacy. I assist couples in successfully developing a communication style that allows each partner to address underlying needs and break the habits of dysregulated emotional responses.
Although I am familiar with various therapy modalities, I typically start our first session by discussing your needs and conducting an individual or relationship assessment. From there, we work together to identify the best path toward achieving your individual therapeutic goals.
