Many of my clients are navigating meaningful life transitions – starting high school or college, career changes, relationships, parenthood, relocation, or questions about identity and direction. Others feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained and want support figuring out what comes next. I work with teens, adults, and couples facing anxiety, ADHD, relationship concerns, family stress, and cultural or identity-related challenges. Together, we create a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, understood and supported. My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive.

Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your goals. I use CBT, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness to help clients build coping skills, shift unhelpful patterns, and move forward with clarity. Having lived in multiple countries, I bring insight into cultural identity, transitions, cross-cultural experiences, and belonging.
