I have a background in established therapeutic styles such as solution-focused, goal-oriented, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness. Such traditional approaches may work for some but sometimes dismisses the holistic needs of individuals. I am a strong believer in the power of connection, humor, and purpose.
To meet the needs and busy schedules of people, I also offer an internet-based platform. Availability for individuals, groups, couples, and families.
