I am the type of therapist that meets my clients where they are. I am easy going and do not have an agenda. I think my clients are the experts on themselves. I create a warm and encouraging aura that helps clients discover there problem area's and then I guide and accompany them on a journey to bring clarity, hope, and peace.
I find that allowing my clients to express themselves is foremost. After several session's I begin to form a picture and together we usually discover area's that need to be developed or changed.
Choosing the therapist that is right for you is the most important factor in successful outcomes in therapy. Allowing the client to discover who and what is most important to them is the focus. I have 8-10 years of experience and when my client and I are a good fit, they are encouraged to delve into problem area's and find exciting new solutions.
