Sometimes we get stuck and feel trapped by our experiences related to substance use, addictive thinking, trauma, anxiety, depression and other addictive or high risk behaviors. If this sounds like you, I would like to help you manage these experiences and empower you to break through the challenges associated with your personal experience. I would like the opportunity to help you build up and enhance your strengths, minimize and plan for your limitations, and give you hope and opportunities to make the changes you desire.
I focus my work on utilizing Strengths Based, Solutions Focused, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My focus on working with substance use, behavioral addictions, depression, anxiety, trauma, men's issues, and other related concerns.
I would like to have the opportunity to help you identify your strengths, work on your limitations, and develop coping skills needed to see improvements in your life. I enjoy the experience of watching clients grow and make significant strides in dealing with some of life's hardest struggles.
