I focus my work on utilizing Strengths Based, Solutions Focused, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My focus on working with substance use, behavioral addictions, depression, anxiety, trauma, men's issues, and other related concerns.
