With couples, Meshel Langford is my co-therapist. Having both of us provides balance, perspective, and support (please see our website, linked on this page).
I work with couples, families, and men. I also offer EMDR, a type of therapy which helps the brain reprocess trauma and other distress. I am co-authoring a graduate text for the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Edgewood College. I do not meet with women one-on-one in my office.
I have witnessed the deepest wounds become places of wisdom and strength, and the belief in love and hope become stronger than anything that opposes them. Both couple and individual therapy can help accomplish that, and can help you discover your life as you want it to be.
