About
I see myself as an editor asked to help review and rewrite the narrative of a client's life. People often find themselves stuck or unhappy or confused by their own choices and their consequences. In an engaged, friendly and respectfully manner I work with a person to understand how they got to the place they are unhappy with. We then try to re-imagine their narrative, introduce new perspectives, or simply find a greater acceptance of those choices already made.
Engaged, friendly, intelligent, experienced therapist with individual, couple, or a mixture of both. Extensive use of literary, cinema, pop culture and other collaborative means of establishing important and useful connection. Traditional face-to-face(mask-to-mask) therapy as well as-availability via digital and tele-therapeutic modalities.
I aim to provide: Consistent Thoughtful Quiet attention to your experience of your life.
