As an experienced therapist, I have expertise in mental health, depression, anxiety, trauma, couple/family therapy and much more. My work with people is strength-based and client-centered. I provide a nurturing and supportive environment to meet you where you are and identify needs by listening and using your personal strengths along with my professional guidance and experience to help guide therapeutic sessions.
I utilize a variety of modalities depending on needs and goals, including but not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral, Family Structural, Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic, Couples, Trauma Informed, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Behavioral Therapy.
