I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy, to create a personalized path forward that fits you.
I’ve worked with people from all walks of life—providing both individual and group therapy in addiction recovery centers, K–12 schools, and skilled nursing facilities. Most of my background is rooted in treating Substance Use Disorders and supporting the families impacted by them, but I also bring a holistic, trauma-informed perspective to all of my work.
