I’m a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in helping adults overcome stress, anxiety, or OCD. I graduated from Columbia School of Social Work and have extensive training in multiple evidence-based treatments. My approach is active and collaborative, with an emphasis on building skills that you can apply in your daily life. In our work together, I focus on helping you better understand how your mind operates and equipping you with practical, effective tools to improve your mental health.
