Melding my experience in small business, non-profit organizations, and coaching, I am at home with a broad range of individuals of varied backgrounds. I am passionate about relationships and development, and have been told I have a knack for pressing gently but firmly into the rough spaces around seasons of change. I find great joy in helping people lean into the transitional moments of life and find meaning in the ‘stuck' places so they can grow, learn and heal. I tend to bring practical tools to sessions to help my clients build the skills they need to get healed and get on with life and relationships.
I love digging into relational dynamics with couples. This includes newly married/partnered people, as well as people questioning things. I also specialize in adolescents and parents struggling with a desire to be connected but also independent.
