David believes therapy is a place for radical honesty. It is a place for you to bring your whole self and be met with respect and care. Our lives give all of us plenty of training and practice in hiding from others and from ourselves. David’s job gives him a real privilege, that of being a companion to people in their suffering and in their healing.
David is here to assist you in that healing: to help you grow in mindful awareness, learn to engage with your thoughts and internal narratives, cope with distressing emotions, confront your fears, restore your ability to connect with others, and elicit states of flow and relaxation. Outside of work, David is a husband and father to three young children.
